Caution! Good Habits are Not Necessarily Good (Must Read)

All people really want to be healthy, aren't? In keeping condition and and fresh body and mind better, people include you always keep doing your daily habits or routines for making your performance better, right. But always remember, good habit is not always beneficial. your intention to stay healthy,but has had an unhealthy impact. These habits are:

1. Your bath is too clean
Many of you take a bath too clear. They often use soap excessively and shower with the hot water. They also frequently rubbing their skin over. As naturally, your skin produce oil to cleanse and moisturize it. If you always do all the above habits continuously, absolutely it could throw away your skin oil and cause chapped skin, dry, and infection, too. The point is please bathing with cold water and use soap sufficiently.
2. Sleep for 8 hours at night

May be during this time, you've heard and read that it is really better for you to sleep approximately 8 hours every day. Don't you know this habit is the new one? In ancient time, our ancestors never sleep 8 hours a day. They slept 6 hours at night, and then take a nap during the day. You know that nap in only 15 to 30 minutes is much more healthy and refreshing. Proove it!

The Cancer Prevention Study II have done a research about 6 years for 1 million adult and concluded that somebody who get sleep for 6-7 hours each night have a lower mortality rate than those who get 8 hours of sleep.

3. Brushing your teeth after a meal

Familiarize to brushing your teeth after every meal. You often hear this recommendation often, aren't you? But unfortunately, it is still less thoughtful. Why? It is really logical. All foods that you eat particularly those containing acid and sweet substance can soften enamel, is the protective of your teeth. It means that if you brush your teeth soon after you get a meal, of course you'll brush the enamel which is still soft before it harden again. Waiting for about a half hour before deciding brush your teeth.


Keep in mind, something usual is not definitely healthy, but learn to get used a healthy living.
